Welcome to Prospect-Lefferts Gardens
Prospect Lefferts Gardens comprises a portion of Brooklyn’s Flatbush neighborhood bordering Crown Heights. The neighborhood is a growing residential area, with many enticing cafes and shops. A growing number of residents are moving into the area due to the easy access to popular neighborhoods like Park Slope and Downtown Brooklyn. Prospect Lefferts Gardens also boasts a diverse architectural aesthetic, with original Tudors, limestone townhouses and Victorians neighboring large apartment complexes and bodegas. The Q stops at Parkside Avenue and Prospect Park; it’s about a half-hour to Midtown Manhattan.
